Fair Billing Agreement

1. Gifted subscriptions per stream

• New verified accounts: up to 5 gifts per stream.
• Tier 4 or 5 subscribers to that channel for at least one month: up to 10.
• From the 2nd subscribed month and 3rd month as a verified account: up to 20 (Tier 1–3) or 50 (Tier 4–5).
• After 3 months subscribing with no chargebacks or disputes, the limit rises by 25 each additional clean month.
• Any chargeback or dispute returns the limit to 5 until reviewed.

2. Spending caps

Gifted subscriptions are limited to $1,000 per channel per month and $10,000 per month across Smoothcast, unless additional funds are wired and cleared by Smoothcast staff.

3. Drops tips

Only verified accounts may send Drops. Each account may send at most 60,000 Drops to a channel per stream.

4. Chargeback reserve

1% of the creator's share and 1% of Smoothcast's share of each gift and tip is held in a chargeback reserve, up to $5,000 per channel. Once full, no further amount is held unless chargeback history requires a higher reserve. When a creator leaves Smoothcast, the reserve is returned after the card dispute window expires.

5. Disputes

Refunds and chargebacks reverse the related gifts, Drops and earnings. Abuse may lead to account restrictions under the Terms of Service.
